RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your jewelry purchase from www.CaldwellSutherlandDesigns.com,
please email caldwell@caldwellsutherland.com to obtain a return address.

We will accept your jewelry for return or exchange based on the following:
- The jewelry must be returned in "as new" condition, with the tags still attached
- The original container and receipt from your package must be included
- The item must be postmarked within 15 days of the original shipping date

If all conditions above are met, we will credit you through PayPal
for the purchase price minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
